We had new windows installed, and 2 screens were slightly damaged. The follow up care was excellent, and the fellow who was scheduled to exchange the screens was punctial and very personable. He also showed us, if we ever wanted, how to remove and place back the screens. We are happy with our new windows and the service. We had a broken window at the back of our home. We do not know what caused the window to break. We had Window World out to assess our issue and give us a quote for a replacement window. They did a great job. The install was done so quickly and efficiently, and there was no mess left behind inside or outside of our home. Our home is older so we were concerned about the new window being a match, but it’s perfect. The new window is now the best window in our home!

We are very pleased with the service provided to us by Window World. The ordering of our sliding door and window was great, and the parts ordering and the appointment for the installment was very accommodating.
On the day of the replacement, the installers were very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up everything when they were done. It was really a quick install of the windows and sliding door and they look great. We are going to check back at a later date and maybe do our vinyl siding for the house next.

From start to finish each person was very professional. Any questions we had, they answered. We had windows ordered mid July, and they were ready to install mid August. The men who showed up to replace the windows were there at 0800 and called prior to arrival. Since this is a rental property, they called when they were done. The area was cleaned up well, they showed us how to operate the windows. They even replaced the shudders. Thank you for your service. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
