The install team actually showed up earlier than I expected. That wasn’t a problem however. The leader did speak when they arrived but no one introduced themselves. They got right to work and replaced 5 windows in about 4. 1/2 hours. They cleaned everything up and showed me how to operate the windows. Overall it was a good experience and they did a nice job.
